Based out of Johnston, Rhode Island, DiLanna Foodservice and Paper Products proudly serves businesses throughout the entire state of Rhode Island and into Southeastern Massachusetts. Whether you're running a neighborhood pizzeria in Providence or managing a large institutional account on the South Shore, we deliver directly to your door with the reliability and personal attention of a local partner.
Family owned since 1939, DiLanna Foodservice and Paper Products has spent more than eight decades helping local establishments with all their foodservice and supply needs. We started with a commitment to the community and that hasn't changed.
We continue to grow — in our building, our product line, and our customer base. David DiLanna has continued to hire local residents, keeping our family approach at the heart of everything we do.

Meet Our Director of Sales
Hello, my name is Anthony Melillo.
I started my career in the foodservice industry as a dishwasher at the age of 12 at Micheletti's Restaurant in Providence, RI. I eventually became a sous chef and then went on to attend culinary school.
As a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, I have enjoyed a successful 30+ year career in the foodservice industry. Over the years, I have held various positions, including Chef as well as Food and Beverage Manager, gaining extensive experience both in the kitchen and at the front of the house.
I am a proud member of the James Beard Foundation and a two-time recipient of the RI Hospitality Vendor Representative of the Year award (2014 and 2019). Additionally, I was recognized as the 2018 Performance Food Group Area Manager of the Year.
Presently, I am working with DiLanna Foodservice and Paper Products. I am incredibly passionate about helping restaurants and establishments like yours continue to be successful.
